Bartender

The heart and soul of every Be At One bar is our Bartenders. They are energetic, passionate and make it their personal daily goal to ensure an amazing experience (and an amazing cocktail) is had by every single guest.

We supply all our bartenders with the tools and skills needed to become Star-tenders, but it is important that they embody style, flair and finesse aka The Cool Factor! They are the frontline of Be At One so a great personality and drive is a must, as well as an awesome smile. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle!

Duty Manager

Now these guys are the spine of the Be At One body and are responsible for keeping our legendary bar shifts standing tall. They make it happen every night by leading from the front and being the shining example to our fantastic bartenders. This is the first step in to their fruitful management future.

General Manager

Our GM’s are required to lead all members of their team and so constantly demonstrate the skills, behaviours and attitudes necessary to consistently deliver the Be At One Bedrock of Great Drinks, Great Service and Great Atmosphere. 

They have high levels of knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills. Responsible for constantly managing the development of their team members and consistently prioritising carrying out their day-to-day bar operations with a guest focus to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
